They are amazing. Had custom batman and bride made, did a great job on them. They were super quick on sending proofs and honestly I was picky on some of the details and they made couple adjustments to fix, they prolly hated me:) Communication was remarkable.Daisy was quick and courteous. Even made adjustment after they were completed.This will make the wedding day awesome. Shipping was...well basically light speed. I got an email sat night saying it shipped and It was delivered (Indiana) Tues a.m. Only down side was the underside of the neck on the groom was cracked slightly where they attached the head. But I was able to bend the head down a little and can't even see it.i believe it was from shipping. I let Daisy know and she quickly responded with ideas and offered a new one. Never been happier with an online purchase!
