2,Shipping Methods and processing time
You can choose appropriate sculpturing and shipping methods to meet your need, the cost may different according to different priority.
At present, we offer 5 sculpturing and shipping methods for you to choose:
A, ships within 2-3 weeks -Free Proofs
B, ships within 15 days -Free Proofs
C, ship within 10 days -Free Proofs
D, ship within 5 days. -Rush Order, No Proofs
F, FREE SHIPPING- When order more than $500, Ships within 3-4 weeks, Proofs.
For example, if you choose "ships within 15 days" on 1 May, then we will arrange to complete your order and send out by DHL before 16 May. and usually, you may expect to get it 3-5 days later.
3,Shipping Damage Claims.
All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment, and damange case seldom happen. If you get damaged dolls, please take photos and contact us soon.(Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 24 hours after you get it). Once confirmed, We will remade new cake toppers for you to replace shortly.
4, Refund And Return
*Please understand that due to the custom nature of our product, and due to the number of expert hours that goes in to molding, baking... Refund and return must base on the following conditions:
A, You may cancel your order and get full refund before we begin to custom made your cake toppers and show you the first proofs.
B, Once we begin your order, only 60% of total payment refund if you want to cancel your order - please understand that, it is a special Merchandise that we custom made for you.
C, Now, all our customers may be protected by our " "0" risk order online policy " -- If you find it not as described when you get your package in hand within 48 hours, you can send it back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping), and get refund after deducting the freight we paid.
