3,Shipping Damage Claims.
All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment. If you get the package with dirty and broken overwrap, please open and check in front of the courier, if the doll is damaged (In fact it seldom happen), please don't accept and return to courier--digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 24 hours after you get it.
