1,Shipping& Handling:
Usually we use DHL, Fedex: It is really fast and you can track online anytime. Normally, it takes 3-5 working days to main cities in the world.  (We may also use other top level express company such as EMS , International Express Lane Services depends on the areas)

2,Shipping cost
We ship to worldwide main cities that have DHL, Fedex, or EMS Express service, with the same cost.
You can choose appropriate sculpturing and shipping methods to meed your need, the cost may different according to different priority.
At present, we offer 4 sculpturing and shipping methods for you to choose:
1, ships within 2-3 weeks.
2, ships within 15 days
3, ship within 10 days
4, ship within 5 days.

3,Shipping Damage Claims.
All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment. If you get the package with dirty and broken overwrap, please open and check in front of the courier, if the doll is damaged (In fact it seldom happen), please don't accept and return to courier--digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims.

4, IMPORTANT NOTE:
*Please understand that due to the custom nature of our product, and due to the number of expert hours that goes in to molding, baking... we do not offer refunds, cancellations or returns.
* We will not bear for the Unpredictable extra fee that caused at some destination country.
*The figurines are handmade and intricately crafted, capturing a likeness based on pictures provided. They are not an exact copy or replica of the person on the photo (we promise at least 70-90% similar). The final product may be slightly different from the picture shown since they are all 100% handmade and unique.
